1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Privilege Divine Transport ATL (PDT ATL), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
PDT ATL provides electric golf cart transportation services in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas, including personal transport, courier transport, food transport, and vendor transport. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance or confirmed by our team.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation from PDT ATL. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. PDT ATL accepts various forms of payment. All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their transport needs, ensuring safe access to the service location, and treating our drivers and equipment with respect. PDT ATL reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.
6. Liability
PDT ATL carries appropriate insurance for our operations. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or acts of God. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Privilege Divine Transport ATL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
